French citizen media blog Agoravox will soon be showing cameraphone video clips submitted by citizen reporters, related to news events.

Agoravox.fr was launched in May 2005, and today, 9 months later, 2'500 people have signed up as contributors, from every walk of life. They are journalists, teachers, bloggers, doctors, home makers or unemployed... 20 to 25 posts are published each day and Yahoo News France takes their stories which they publish alongside news sites like the AFP. Agoravox.fr is one of the top 3 most visited French blogs.

This week they have launched an English version, at www.agoravox.com and are looking for contributors. According to Carlo Revelli, Editor, tech and mobile savvy contributors would be a welcome addition.

ad words Build your titles around the top two or three phrases that you would like the page to be found for. The titles should berelatively short and attractive. Think of newspaper headlines. With a few words, they make you want to read a story. Similarly, your page titles are like headlines for your pages. They appear in search engine listings, and a short, attractive title may help make users click through to your site.
